A company is looking for a Program Manager, Renewable Project Development & Capital Markets.



Key Responsibilities:

Set and hold the program strategy for high-profile client engagements focused on supporting complex project development and capital markets scopes of work
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the assigned program team
Manage the profit and loss for assigned client programs and drive the creation and management of the capital markets program strategy


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in renewable energy project development and finance, with 4+ years directly managing capital markets transactions
Expert understanding of project development, project financing, and capital markets
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Complete understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, project management, economics or related fields - preferred, but not required
