Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager 2 in a
remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively on-board new paying customers and provide guidance on
setting up Wrike
Lead training sessions for teams on Wrike features and
functionality
Conduct Executive Business Reviews to assess progress and impact of
Wrike on team productivity
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of work experience in a
customer-facing role
Passionate about teaching and training others
Willingness to dive into technical product details
Strong organization, project management, and time management
skills
Possess qualities such as critical thinking, curiosity, and being a
strong team player
