  • BA/BS in Industrial Engineering or a related concentration preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' prior quality, health, and safety experience including experience supervising others
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, guide and mentor
  • Solid knowledge of modern quality concepts, application, and implementation including Lean Manufacturing and 6S
  • ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 implementation knowledge and experience
  • Solid knowledge of state and local statutes and ordinances on fire safety and prevention, loss control, hazardous chemicals, building, electrical, noise pollution, and the environment
  • Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel; ERP system experience a plus
