A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Feeds.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, setting clear goals
and maintaining team cohesion
Participate in setting the roadmap to drive the company as the
global standard for on-chain finance
Own the hiring and onboarding process to ensure high-quality
engineering talent is brought on board
Required Qualifications
At least 6 years of experience as an IC Software Engineer and 4
years in management
Experience or knowledge of blockchain technology and Web3
protocols
Proven track record of recruiting and nurturing high-performing
teams
High degree of technical curiosity and knowledge
Capacity to articulate and communicate a vision
