Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Backend Engineer (ML and
cloud-native architectures).
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems,
including data pipelines and observability layers
Collaborate with AI teams to architect and develop AI/ML
infrastructure and workflows
Promote best practices, mentor engineers, and drive engineering
excellence within the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on
architecture, data pipelines, and ML
Deep expertise in modern design patterns, distributed systems, and
cloud-native architectures
Experience using AI tools in product development
Proficiency in modern backend languages and frameworks, such as Go
and Python
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; graduate
degree is a bonus
