seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager - Data
Center Construction to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This
pivotal role is essential in driving high-stakes projects that
support our clients’ digital infrastructure needs. As a Senior
Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and
successful delivery of data center construction projects, ensuring
they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements while adhering
to JLL’s commitment to excellence. In this role, you will lead
cross-functional teams, coordinating with architects, engineers,
and contractors to navigate complex construction processes. Your
expertise will guide project development from initial concept
through to completion, managing stakeholder expectations and
fostering strong relationships throughout. You will also be
responsible for implementing best practices and innovative
solutions to optimize project performance and mitigate risks. The
ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Construction Management, or a related field, coupled with a minimum
of 7 years of experience in project management within the data
center or commercial construction realm. A proven track record in
managing large-scale projects, strong leadership skills, and
exceptional communication abilities will be essential for success.
