Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring for Bilingual Office Staff for a
company located in Santa Ana, CA As a Bilingual Office Staff you
will: Types, completes, and files a variety of departmental
documents including letters, forms, shipping and receiving records,
purchasing requisitions, and departmental activity reports.
Responds to questions concerning departmental and company policies
and procedures and the proper completion of office forms. Operates
standard office equipment with speed and accuracy such as computer,
calculators, photocopiers and facsimile equipment. Assists with
shipping to outlying offices and outside customers. This is a full
time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day. The ideal
candidate will have: Experience working in an aerospace company or
manufacturing Good communication skills and great customer service
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am to
4pm Pay Rate : $18-$18.50 per hour *Pay range offered to a
successful candidate will be based on several factors, including
the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific
