This Office Admin Position Features:Essential Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:Create and maintain physical truck file for all new truck ordersReview factory invoices received daily and make necessary updates within the new truck databases and make proper notifications to the sales staff, as necessaryPost vehicle costs into databaseIssue department purchase orders for various costs including, but not limited to: fuel, transportation of a vehicle, body up fit, and various Service repairsProcess new truck invoices in AP systemManage and reconcile vehicle clearing account for specified branchesArrange for transport of new trucks, as neededEnsure the sales database is updated regularly with the truck locations, audit physical inventory regularlyTake photographs of new trucks and ensure they are uploaded to the sales database for viewing by all sales staff and customersPrint QR codes for vehicle inventoryMaintain organization and safe keeping of truck keysBackup and assist Finance Administrator as neededDeal jacket completion, verify manufacturer rebates and dealer accept as neededAdditional projects, as requested by managementMaintain professional appearanceMaintain good attendance recordAppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
