Job Description:
Job Description Job Title: Secretary/Receptionist Job Purpose:
Maintain office operations by receiving and distributing
communications (e.g. phone calls, emails, facsimiles); maintaining
office supplies and equipment; maintaining files of relevant
documents, generate relevant forms (e.g. invoices, work orders);
some customer service. Duties: Receive phone calls, faxes and/or
emails from customers, suppliers and other relevant parties.
Distribute important messages to specified managers and employees.
Receiving and organizing purchase orders, packing lists from
customers and vendors. Generate work orders, invoices and other
relevant paperwork per management instructions. Maintain files for
customer orders and bills. Other office-related duties as needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 7a-4p, weekends are a
possibility. Education and Work History Requirements: High School
Diploma or GED required. Previous Office Work experience required.
Skills: Telephone Skills. Typing and General Computing (e.g.
Emails, Internet searches and purchase, Word Processing,
Spreadsheets). Ability to deal with fast-paced and/or fast-changing
situations. Must be PATIENT with customers, vendors, managers and
employees. Language: Fluent spoken and written English and spoken
Spanish required. Payrate & Benefits: $17-20/hr, depending on
experience and skill. Fully-paid Medical, Dental and Vision
insurance. PTO, Paid Federal Holidays, Bonuses based on
performance.
