Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Settlements Administrator to
manage trade processing, clearance, and settlement of complex
domestic trades and derivative instruments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure proper trade flow from the Front Office system to the
Accounting System and confirm trades with counterparties
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with brokers, custodians, and
traders while monitoring failed trades
Set up security master files and derivative instruments in the
accounting system, and reconcile margin cash movements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or
equivalent experience
Three years of directly related experience in investment
administration within a financial industry firm
Two additional years of experience required if no degree is
held
Strong knowledge of securities and derivative products and
settlement methods
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially
Excel
